Check out Katie's Blog

Just a quick post to tell you all to check out Katie's blog, you can link to it from the right side of my blog where my blog list is. Gianna apparently has started making the "chhh" noise that Isabella has been making since she was able to make noises and then she says "Bella noise". It is so funny. Katie has posted a couple videos of her doing it. I will post some pictures soon from my trip to TX and some videos of Isabella.

Some Playful videos

Here is one of Isabella playing in the kitchen cabinets and then doing an unexpected dance for us.

Here is one that makes Isabella laugh everytime...so I thought Gianna might enjoy watching this one. You never know what makes kids think something is so funny, but Isabella sure loves this one.

We have been going to the park a lot lately. She loves sliding down the slide and trying new ways to do it. She is such a daredevil. She will lay down on her back and slide head first and she will just sit down backwards and slide down. I am so impressed because I don't think I would have ever done that myself. Apparently she didn't inherit mine or Nick's cautious nature. Unfortunately she didn't demonstrate for me when I was videoing her.

Dancing and Climbing

Isabella has been dancing and climbing all over the place. She is just so active...not much has changed there. She is becoming more and more adventurous. She loves to go down the biggest slides she can find and she has to lay down on her back and go head first or sit down backwards. It just isn't exciting enough for her to go down the normal way! We will have to get some video of that soon. In the meantime here is her dancing and climbing.

Feeding the Geese

On Sunday we went to a local park to feed the geese and the ducks. I wish there were more ducks than geese because the geese are kind of mean. They do a lot of charging and hissing...not the nicest feathered friends. Isabella had a blast though and kept running after them saying "hi, hi" Here are some pictures and a video from our day.

25 weeks pregnant

Here a few shots of me at 25 weeks pregnant with baby Jack. I am definitely getting more excited about his arrival as it gets closer. It is also Mother's Day. Isabella got me a Starbucks gift card and Nick got me a gift certificate to a spa, plus I get breakfast, lunch, and dinner my choice today. So far breakfast was awesome and lunch smells delicious!

Weekend in NC and Isabella's new bathing suit

We drove to Winston-Salem NC this weekend for Nick's Uncle Jude's 25th year in the priesthood. It is called his Jubilee year and he renewed his vows. It was a nice mass and all of the De Angelo family was there. It was really nice to see everyone. As we were packing to leave for NC Isabella got in the suitcase and Nick wheeled her around. It was hilarious!

Isabella loved playing with Uncle Randy and Aunt Mary's kids, especially the younger ones Julia and Rocco. She quickly learned to say Rocco and would run around calling for him.
I had to take a couple pictures of Katie, Doug and Gianna since it was my last time seeing them until they get back from Europe. I don't anticipate seeing them again until they return in December. I am pretty sad about that. I hope we are able to talk fairly easily. It is hard enough being in GA and NJ. It is also so sad that we are going to miss the birth of each others babies. It is just weird because we were able to see Gianna as soon as she was born and they were able see Isabella too. It will be strange to not see them until Jack is like 4 months old. Yikes! Lets not think about it.
Isabella's Great Grandma De Angelo was also there this weekend. We got a picture of them together.

On our drive home we stopped at the Outlet mall north of Atlanta and we stopped by the baby Gap and got Isabella a bathing suit for this summer, which as you can see is the cutest thing ever. I also got a bunch of stuff for Jack at the Carter's outlet, so we are set for the first few months.
And today....last but not least she looked adorable eating her Jello pudding pop.
