A visit with friends

We had a great time visiting the Faust family this past weekend.  Their weather was quite a bit warmer than ours so we enjoyed that very much.

Jack enjoyed the "boy" toys

He mostly hung out at the train table.  He literally spent 85% of the time that we were there at the train table playing trains.

I love this picture because of the crazy size differential between these two kids.  Annabel turns 1 in August and Jack turns 2.  So there is quite an age difference, but it is still adorable because she is so tiny.

The kids also played with chalk while the daddies grilled our delicious lunch!

Jack didn't even know what to do with himself being in a stroller.  We haven't used ours in quite some time.  Luckily Nate and Heather are equipped with 2 double strollers.  Annabel and Jack shared this one.
And Braden and Isabella used this one.  Isabella thought it was so fun to ride in this stroller.  You would have thought we had offered her a carnival ride.
 All 4 kids.
Isabella and Braden had a great time at the park...

Jack was cracking up when we put him in the swing.  I don't think he remembered what it was like to swing.  It has been a long winter.  He thought it was hilarious!

Video of Jack swinging:

But our being there meant Braden's nap had been put off.  He fell asleep in the swing and then was transferred to the stroller were he slept.  Annabel is also asleep behind Jack.  Notice my kids are not phased by lack of nap. :)  It was a great day and we hope to see them again really soon.
